The firm has 2 sister concerns, AN-PEE Tech Engineers, a leading structure consultancy firm and Priya Dreams and Dimensions, an interiors consultancy firm in Kanpur headed by Architect Priya Srivastava.
Besides providing its expert services on township planning, architectural design of multistory buildings, commercial complexes, bungalows, factories, institutional buildings, farm houses, interior designing, landscaping, the firm has its expertise on Real Estate projects like group housing, townships, etc.
The firm provides all kinds of drawings start from proposals, municipal drawings, working drawings, structure drawings, sale drawings, views, etc. It also has sub consultants for structure design, MEP services, Vastu consultants, etc.
Its sister concern, 'Priya Dreams and Dimensions' provide high end interiors for bungalows, hotels, banquets, etc.
The firm is leaded by its Director Mr. Rupesh Srivastava (B.Arch., IIT, Roorkee, 1996). It is assisted by Arch. Priya Srivastava (B. Arch., M. Tech. Town Planning, SPA Delhi). The firm has its office at Harsh Nagar, Kanpur and is supported by staff strength of 30 persons including running and stable staff. The office has is developed in an area of 3500 sq. ft. and is fully computerized with work being done using latest software.
The firm provides all solution under one roof. The firm is also in collaboration with various consultants viz. Vaastu, MEP building services, landscape and interiors which on requirement provide best of their services.
